Overview
Volunteer Impact Pages (VIPs) let you spotlight the incredible work your volunteers do in your community. Whether you want to highlight individual contributions, track progress toward goals, or share inspiring stories, VIPs give you space to celebrate and showcase your organization’s impact—your way.
VIPs can be public or internal, depending on who you want to share them with.
Why Use a VIP?
Volunteer Impact Pages are ideal for:
Highlighting top volunteers, total hours served, and responses to Needs
Showcasing progress toward volunteer engagement and impact goals
Sharing images, videos, spotlights, or resource links to tell your story visually
Internal VIPs are only visible to volunteers registered on your site.
Sharing Your Volunteer Impact
Once your VIP is ready, get it in front of your audience! You can share Volunteer Impact Pages in many ways, including:
Social media posts
Newsletters or targeted emails
In-app notifications or dashboards
Rotator images and spotlight features
How to Create a Volunteer Impact Page
Whether you're making a Public or Internal VIP, the steps are the same:
Go to Content > Impact Pages
Choose either:
Begin building your page!
Add Rows and Content:
Use Add Row to Top or Add Row to Bottom to create layout sections
Then click Add Content to Row to populate each section with text, images, stats, videos, or links
You can stack as much content as you want—each row is a building block to tell your story.
Preview and Share
Once you're happy with your content:
Click Preview Page to see how it will look to your audience
Click Submit Page to publish it
That’s it! Now you’re ready to share your VIP with your community.
To grab your shareable link, head to Manage Impacts, where you’ll see a list of all your VIPs and their URLs.
FAQ
Q. What’s the difference between a Public and Internal VIP?
A. A Public VIP can be viewed by anyone with the link, while an Internal VIP is only visible to logged-in volunteers registered on your site.
Q. Can I edit my VIP after publishing it?
A. Yes! Just return to Content > Impact Pages, select the VIP you want to update, make your edits, and click Submit Page again.
Q. Can I duplicate an existing VIP?
A. Currently, VIPs can’t be duplicated automatically. However, you can easily recreate a similar page by following the same structure and reusing content.
