By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Identify the two available Qualification Reports on your site

  • Understand what each report is designed to show

  • Access and export Qualification report data

  • Choose the right report for your reporting needs

Overview: Qualification Reports

Your site includes two built-in reports for Qualification reporting:

  • Qualification Status Review

  • User Qualification Summary

Each report serves a different purpose. Understanding when to use each one will help you monitor compliance, manage approvals, and support internal reporting.

Qualification Status Review

This report shows you the number of each status the Qualification has. For example, you can see how many are Pending, Approved, or didn't receive a response, and more.

To access this report:

  1. Go to Reports > Users > Qualification Status Review.

  2. Select a Program.

  3. Click Go.

You can export this report to a PDF or CSV.

You can also visit the Detail tab to filter by Program, Qualification, and Status. This shows you a list of users and the details about their Qualification status.

To access this report:

  1. Go to Reports > Users > Qualification Status Review.

  2. Select Detail.

  3. Select a Program, Qualification, and Qualification Status.

  4. Click Go.

You can export this report to a PDF or CSV, or email all of the listed users.

User Qualification Summary

This report shows you the number of each status for the individual Qualifications. For example, you can see how many users are Qualified or how many have a Pending status.

To access this report, go to Reports > Users > User Qualification Summary.

You can export this report to a CSV by clicking the export button above the table.
