❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Site Managers managing site connections with Galaxy Link.
There are two kinds of user reporting data Site Managers can access when managing site connections with Galaxy Link: Non-Anonymous and Anonymous.
Non-Anonymous
The User Report provides user data from the originating sites you're connected with through Galaxy Link.
Go to Reports > Connections Reports.
Select User Report.
Select a Site and click Go.
Anonymous
Some originating sites may choose to anonymize their data. For example, a site may choose to anonymize its data if they have student volunteers. The User IDs listed under the User Name and Email fields help us troubleshoot when necessary.
Go to Reports > Connection Reports.
Select User Report.
Select a Site and click Go.
