❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Site Managers managing site connections with Galaxy Link.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Identify responses received through Galaxy Link site connections.

  • Understand how response data is shared between connected sites.

  • View volunteer profiles for connected-site responses.

Response Data Reporting for Galaxy Link Connections

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Responses.

  2. Responses highlighted in blue are from a site you're connected with through Galaxy Link.

In the above example, the user responded to the site's Need/Opportunity on a shared site. Since the Need/Opportunity did not originate from this site, the volunteer's information was shared over to allow the originating site to coordinate them for that volunteer Need/Opportunity.

The Site Manager can click the user's name and see their entire volunteer profile in a read-only format, like so:
