How Agency Managers view volunteer waitlists

By the end of this article, you'll be able to:

  • Locate volunteer waitlists for posted Needs

  • Add a response for a user on the waitlist if a spot opens up

  • Remove a user from the waitlist

Accessing Waitlists for Posted Needs

  1. Log in to your Agency Manager account and select an Agency with the My Agency or My Agencies button from the top menu bar.

  2. Go to the Needs tab.

  3. Click Edit for a Need.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says Waitlist.

Adding a Response to a Waitlisted User

The ability to add a response for a user on a waitlist is only available when a spot opens up.

  1. Click the + sign under the Options column in the Waitlist table for the user you want to add a response to.

  2. A pop-up appears letting you know the volunteer will be notified of the response, and to confirm this action.

  3. Once confirmed, the user is removed from the waitlist, and you'll be able to see their response under Responses for that Need.

Removing a Waitlisted User

Click the X under the Options column in the Waitlist table for the user you want to remove from the waitlist.
