Review the sections:
Complete Prerequisites: finished submissions
Incomplete Prerequisites: submissions still in progress
Resolving "Not Qualified" User Statuses
If a user is marked Not Qualified but has completed the required training or conditions:
Go to Users > User Filter.
Apply filters, for example:
Volunteer > Prerequisites > has been declined for > [specific prerequisite]
Review the filtered list and select a user.
Open the user's Prerequisites tab.
Change the status from Not Qualified to Qualified.
Updating User Prerequisite Statuses
Updating a user’s Prerequisite status restores access to relevant volunteer opportunities.
Find the completed Prerequisite under Complete Prerequisites.
Select the new status from the Status dropdown.
Click Okay to save changes.
Prerequisite Statuses
Status | Description |
Qualified | User submission is approved; the user is qualified. |
Pending | Submission is awaiting review. |
Re-submit | The user must resubmit their Prerequisite. Useful if documentation is incorrect or incomplete. |
Expired | Submission has expired. |
Not Qualified | Submission was not approved. |
Inactive | Submission is inactive. |
FAQ
Q. How do I know if a user can access opportunities after updating their Prerequisite?
A. Once a Prerequisite is updated to Qualified, the user automatically gains access to the relevant volunteer opportunities.
Q. Can I change a Prerequisite back to Not Qualified?
A. Yes. Use the Status dropdown in the user’s Prerequisites tab to update the status as needed.
Q. What if a user submitted the wrong documentation?
A. Set their status to Re-submit so they can provide the correct documentation.
