Important Notes Before You Start
Qualifications can be deactivated at any time.
If a waiver is assigned to a Qualification, the Qualification cannot be deactivated until the waiver is removed.
Deactivating a Qualification does not deactivate any waivers that were previously attached.
How to Deactivate a Qualification
To deactivate a Qualification:
Go to Volunteerism > Qualifications.
Locate the Qualification you want to deactivate.
Click the (X) in the Options column.
Confirm your selection when prompted.
Once deactivated, the Qualification is no longer available for use, but any associated waivers remain active unless they are removed separately.
