Overview
After setting up Qualifications and waivers, understanding the volunteer experience helps you provide better support and faster resolution when questions arise.
Waivers confirm that volunteers are prepared for the work involved—whether assisting with events, driving vehicles, or supporting youth programs—while helping manage organizational risk.
How Waivers Work for Volunteers
When a waiver is attached to a Qualification, volunteers must complete it before their response is accepted.
The system determines which waiver to show based on date of birth
Minor waivers can require parent or guardian co-signatures
All signing is completed electronically
