What is Double the Donation?

Double the Donation is a third-party fundraising platform that works with organizations (usually corporations) that wish to match volunteer hours with donations. For more information on Double the Donation, please go to their website: Double the Donation

How to Get Double the Donation Integration

If you have a Double the Donation account already, please reach out to our CX team using the messages widget. CX will enable a setting that allows the integration.

Once the integration is enabled, you will be able to enter your Double the Donation Public and Private Key (provided by Double the Donation). To do this:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Enter the Public Key and Private Key (provided by Double the Donation) in the Double the Donation area

  3. Click Update Settings to save

Volunteer View of Double the Donation

When you have the Double the Donation setting enabled and you have entered the Public and Private Keys, volunteers will see the integration when finishing responding to opportunities.

When a volunteer responds to an opportunity, they will see this screen as the final step. The part in the red box is the Double the Donation integration.

Volunteers may search for their employer to see what donation matching that particular employer has available.

The employers and companies that show in this search is powered by Double the Donation and cannot be edited.
