Important: Global Profile becomes available to some users on December 16, 2025, and will reach all accounts by January 2026. Features shown below may not appear in your dashboard until your update arrives.
By the end of this article, volunteers will be able to:
Access their Global Profile dashboard
Reset their password securely
Understand password requirements for all connected sites
How to Reset Your Password
Go to any volunteer site where you’re registered and sign in.
Click Edit Profile.
Select Update My Account to open your Global Profile Dashboard.
From your dashboard, select Password.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password, then your new password.
Click Update Password to save your changes.
Your new password will now apply to all connected sites.
Password Requirements
Must be at least 8 characters long
Case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters)
Must include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters
No spaces allowed
Forgotten Password
You can also reset your password if you've forgotten it.
Go to any volunteer site where you're registered and click Login from the top menu bar.
Enter your email address and click Next.
Click Forget your password?
Confirm your email and click Send password reset email.
Check your email for a verification code. Copy and paste that code into the Code field. If you don't see the email in your inbox, you may have to check your spam folder.
Enter a new password and confirm it, then click Update Password.
You're now ready to sign in with your new password!
