About Individual Volunteer Profiles
You'll manage your volunteer profile on each volunteer site individually. Updates to your volunteer profile apply only to that site and do not affect your Global Profile or any other volunteer sites you’ve joined.
Editing Your Volunteer Profile
Click your profile image or initials in the top-right menu.
Select Edit Profile. To view your profile instead, select View Profile.
Make your updates.
Click any Update button to save your changes.
Uploading or Updating a Profile Picture
Your profile picture, or avatar, is managed through your Global Profile dashboard.
Log in to the site you're registered on.
Click Edit Profile.
Click Update My Account.
Select the camera icon.
Drag and drop or click into the field to select a file to upload.
Crop your image and click Save to finish.
This updates your profile image across all of your accounts.
This updates your image for all connected accounts.
Password Management
Password changes are now handled through your Global Profile dashboard.
Visit your Global Profile to update or reset your password for all connected sites.
Password Requirements
Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least eight characters long. They can include letters, numbers, and symbols, but they can't include spaces.
Basic Information
Update your contact information and any registration questions as applicable. Click Update Basic Information to save your changes. This only updates the information for the site you're signed into.
Data and Communication Settings
Manage your data and communication preferences directly from your profile:
Click your profile image or initials, then select Edit Profile.
Scroll to Data and Communication Settings and click Manage My Preferences.
Enable or disable the notifications you want to receive.
Click Save My Preferences when finished.
✏️ Quick tip: To stop receiving all emails and notifications, click Unsubscribe From All Emails and Notifications. This includes reminders for Opportunities you’ve signed up for.
Communication Preferences

You can also turn off notifications from your email. When you receive an automated notification, the email will include a link to unsubscribe.
Opting out of notifications doesn’t prevent you from receiving the password reset email, should you need to reset your password.
When you register on a site, you’ll be required to accept Galaxy Digital’s privacy policy and asked to opt in or out of email notifications there.
Scheduling
If you’d like managers to schedule you for volunteer Opportunities: Toggle Allow Scheduling to On.
If you prefer not to be scheduled automatically: Toggle Allow Scheduling to Off.
Click Update Settings after making changes to save them.
