Messaging Agency Managers with Email Blast
You can use the Email Blast tool to quickly reach your Agency Managers. When you send an email blast, the message is delivered to both their email inbox and their in-app messaging inbox. Below are common filters you can use to target your Agency Manager audience.
Where to Use These Filters
Go to Communication > Email Blast.
Click User Filter.
Select your filters and click Submit to apply them.
Enter a Campaign Name.
Select your From Address.
Enter a From Name and Subject.
Draft your message using the text editor. You can insert template keys to personalize the email.
When you're ready, click Send Email Blast. To preview how it looks to users, click Send Me a Test before sending.
Filters for Emailing Agency Managers
Here are some common filters you can use to quickly email your Agency Managers:

Volunteer > Agency Manager > Is an Agency Manager
| Select to message all of your site's Agency Managers at once. |
Agency > User Group > has responses by group > [User Group Name]
| Select to message Agency Managers whose Agencies have Need responses from a User Group. |
Agency > Date New Need Added > after > [date]
| Select to message Agency Managers who added Needs before, on, or after a specific date. |
Agency > Partner Status > is Partner
| Select to message Agency Managers whose agency has or doesn't have partner status. |
Agency > Initiatives > has used initiative > [Initiative]
| Select to message Agency Managers whose Needs are part of a specific Initiative. |
Agency > Causes > has cause > [Cause]
| Select to message Agency Managers whose Agencies are associated with a specific Cause. |
If you want to message Agency Managers involved in an advanced event, you can from Modules > Advanced Events > select the Event Title > Agencies > Email Agencies.
Not all sites have the Advanced Events Module (AEM) enabled.
