Heads up! This article is only intended for Center Site Managers.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • View an Agency’s engagement on your site

  • Identify and email Agency fans

  • Review an Agency’s posted Needs

Viewing Agency Engagement

While the Reports area provides the most detailed site data, you can quickly check an Agency’s activity from its profile page. This view helps you see which Agencies are actively posting Needs and gaining attention.

Emailing Agency Fans

From the Agency’s profile page, you can also email its fans. Keep in mind:

  • Agency Managers can see the number of fans their Agency has, but cannot view their names or emails. Only Site Managers can access fan details.

  • Agency Managers do not have access to the email blast feature and cannot email their fan list.

  • An Agency fan is a user who clicked the Become a Fan button for an Agency.

  • Fans receive notifications whenever the Agency posts or updates Needs or events, plus a weekly digest of new activity.

  • Users can opt out or un-fan the Agency at any time.

How to view fans and email them

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Agencies

  2. Select the Agency Name

  3. Scroll to Agency Fans at the bottom of the profile page

  4. To email all fans, click Email Fans above the table. This opens the Email Blast area with filters applied: Volunteer > Agency Fans > is a fan of > [Agency].

Viewing an Agency's Needs

There are a few different ways you can review an Agency's posted Needs, but you can always quickly review a specific Agency's Needs from their profile page!

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Agencies.

  2. Select the Agency Name.

  3. Scroll to Agency Needs at the bottom of the Agency profile page.

Here, you can see when they posted a Need, when it expires, and its current status. For a more detailed review of an Agency's Needs, visit the Reports. You can also go to the Needs area of your site to review them individually in detail.
