Activating Imported Agencies
When Agencies are imported, they are assigned the Imported status. Neither Imported Agencies nor their associated Needs appear on your site until they’re activated.
Similarly, imported users cannot log in until their accounts are activated.
Follow the steps below to activate Imported Agencies and notify their Agency Managers.
Getting Started
Go to Volunteerism > Agencies.
Select Imported from the Status dropdown.
Only your imported Agencies are displayed. A banner appears with a Send Notification Now button.
Check the boxes beside the Agencies you wish to activate.
Click Send Notification Now.
Clicking this option activates the selected Agencies on the site. The Agency Managers for those Agencies will receive an email notifying them of their assignment as an Agency Manager, along with instructions on how to log in and access their Agency Manager dashboard.
The template for the notification is "Agency Imported Message".
