Agency or Program Profile Images

Learn how to upload images to your Agency or Program profiles

❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Site Managers.

You can also personalize an Agency or Program profile with images. These images appear in a slideshow at the bottom of the Agency or Program profile page. Agency Managers, Advanced Program Managers, and other Site Managers can also manage images for their Agencies or Programs.

Please note, you may see or hear Advanced Program Managers referred to as Program Managers. This is the same user role type.

ℹ️ So you know: Some sites use language overrides. You may see Agencies in place of Programs, Needs in place of Opportunities, or Prerequisites in place of Qualifications.

Adding Images to Agency or Program Profiles

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Programs.

    • If you're a Center Site Manager, this is the Agencies area from your side navigation.

  2. Select the Agency or Program name from the table.

  3. Go to the Photos area.

  4. Either drag and drop the image files or click Upload to select your image files.

  5. A pop-up appears telling you to refresh your page—click Okay or Refresh Now to finish.

Removing an Agency or Program Profile Image

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Programs.

    • If you're a Center Site Manager, this is the Agencies area from your side navigation.

  2. Select the Agency or Program name from the table.

  3. Go to the Photos area.

  4. Click the image you wish to delete and click the trashcan icon to remove it.
