As the Site Manager, you oversee everything for your site from the back end—including the Agencies that register on your site.
Approving Agencies
Depending on how you've set up your approval settings, you may have to review and approve new Agencies when they register on your site. You can always add Agencies manually as well, but to approve an Agency:
Go to Volunteerism > Agencies.
Click on the Agency Name that has a Pending status.
Change their status from Pending to Active.
The agency can start posting Needs on your site once they're listed as Active!
