You may need to check in on Agencies that haven't completed their profiles. This can be done from the Agencies area of your site.
Go to Volunteerism > Agencies.
Select Incomplete Agencies.
Review which fields the Agencies haven't completed.
A red triangle with an exclamation indicates which fields are incomplete.
Click Notify Agency Managers to send a friendly nudge to complete their profiles.
