How to Deactivate an Agency
If an Agency was created by mistake or no longer aligns with your organization’s values, you can deactivate it by updating its status.
Go to Volunteerism > Agencies.
Select the Agency Name you want to deactivate.
Under Basic Information, change the Status to Inactive.
Click Submit Agency to save your changes.
This will erase all data associated with that Agency. This includes Needs that the Agency posted, responses to those Needs, and hours added to those Needs.
