Who is Better Impact?

The platform supports the full volunteer lifecycle, from discovery and application through engagement, recognition, and long-term retention.

What is the benefit of this deal to customers and the market?

The combined platform now supports more than 85,000 organizations globally and includes more than 600 million logged volunteer hours. With increased scale, customers benefit from expanded product capabilities, deeper insights, and long-term platform investment while maintaining continuity and support.

Will my software go away or change?

There are no immediate changes to your experience or your volunteers’ experience. This acquisition will not affect login processes, volunteer experiences, or administrative workflows. Long-term, our combined resources position us to enhance the overall experience in meaningful and thoughtful ways.

Will my software experience change? Will my volunteers’ software experience change?

No. Your current system will continue to function as it does today. Over time, this opportunity allows us to develop and deploy new features, functions, and tools more consistently. Any future enhancements will be thoughtfully introduced and clearly communicated.

Will support change? Will I be speaking with someone unfamiliar with my system?

Support remains unchanged. We continue to prioritize the needs of our members, and our commitment to “We’re here to help” remains central to how we serve you. You will continue working with knowledgeable team members who understand your platform.
