Welcome to your volunteer dashboard—your hub for getting started.

Keep in mind, each site is unique. You may notice differences in navigation or wording. For example:
Programs instead of Agencies
Opportunities instead of Needs
When you log in, your dashboard allows you to:
Review your volunteer contributions
Browse Needs, Events, and Agencies
Access and update your profile
Side Navigation Menu
The side navigation menu helps you explore the site. Available options depend on how the site is set up, so you may see more or fewer items.
Use this menu to:
Browse Needs or Opportunities
View Events
Explore Agencies or Programs
Search, sort, and filter options will vary depending on the section you’re viewing.
Search, Sort, or Filter Needs or Opportunities
Use these steps to find Needs or Opportunities. The same process applies to Events and Agencies/Programs.
Search: Enter a keyword or phrase in the Search By field.
Sort: Choose from:
Note: Soonest First excludes ongoing Needs/Opportunities and those without a set date.
Filter: Apply one or more filters to narrow results.
✏️ Quick tip: You can print a list of Needs or Opportunities.
You can also change how results are displayed:
Top menu bar
The top menu provides quick access to key features. From here, you can:
Volunteer: Navigate to posted Needs or Opportunities.
Add Hours: Submit hours for completed volunteer work (Track Hours area).
Calendar: View a schedule of Needs or Opportunities.
Volunteer Impact Page (VIP): View the organization’s impact (if available).
Messages: Review your messages.
Profile: Access and update your profile information.
