β Heads up! This article is intended for Volunteers. Are you a volunteer looking for support with your volunteer account, or have questions about a specific site? See the How to Get Help with Your Volunteer Account section of this article for more information!
How to Find Your Site
Whether you're looking for a site to volunteer with or just trying to find a site you volunteered with in the past, there are a few tips and tricks you can use to locate that site:
Google their name: You can search for organizations in your area, use keywords or phrases for the organization, or search in your emails if you already contributed to an organization in the past and want to reconnect
Call the organization directly: Most nonprofits include their contact information on their sites, sometimes through an About page, Contact Us button, or by scrolling to the bottom of the site page
Check their socials: Social media platforms are a great resource for connecting or reconnecting with organizations dedicated to volunteerism in your area
Look for branding: Most organizations have their own branding, whether that be a personal logo or color scheme, that can help clue you into whether or not it's the site you're looking for
Once you've found the site, try logging in to verify if you have an account. Can't remember your login information? Try requesting a password reset! If you have an account on the site, you'll receive instructions by email on how to get back into your account.
How to Get Help with Your Volunteer Account
If you have any questions about your volunteer account, please contact a representative for the site, Agency, or Program that you're volunteering with for help. Since every site is set up differently, we cover a few different ways you can reach out for help below:
Agency or Program Profile Contact Information
Many Agencies or Programs include contact information on their profile page. To get there:
Navigate to the volunteer site for that organization.
If you are logged into your volunteer account, select either Agencies or Programs from the left-hand navigation menu. If you are not logged into a volunteer account, scroll to the bottom of the page where it says Recent Agencies or Programs.
Select the Agency or Program you wish to contact.
Look for the Contact section on the right-hand side of the profile. This can include the name of the point of contact, phone number, and email address, if the Agency or Program has included that information in their profile.

Look for a Contact Us button in the Site Footer
Some sites include an email address for users to reach out to them directly with questions or for help with the site. This is a general email address for the whole site or organization. If they have included this, you can find it by scrolling to the bottom of the page and looking for a button labeled Contact Us. Just click that link, select which email provider you wish to contact them through, and email them.
If they don't have this link at the bottom of the page, or in the footer, you can also see if the site has included another means for contacting them, like through the image rotator, a button in the left-hand navigation, or a spotlight.
Other Ways to Contact a Site
Finally, you can always look for contact information from an organization's main site or through their social media channels. You can usually find an email or phone number listed on their pages or platforms.
