❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Sustain Site Managers only.

When you log onto your site, you'll be guided through your onboarding journey through a series of guided walkthroughs. Onboarding is divided into 101 Onboarding and Advanced Onboarding.

Getting Started

Here is a list of all of the pages you'll visit in Advanced Onboarding. You can use this to explore advanced features on your own!

  1. Volunteerism > Users—here you'll learn how to add Program Facilitators and view other user data

  2. Volunteerism > Responses—this page has the responses to all Opportunities

  3. Settings > Skills—here you can customize your list of Skills

  4. Communication > Notifications—customize the automated emails that go to your users

  5. Content > Custom Pages—create custom pages for volunteer FAQs, organization info, and more

  6. Settings > Response Questions—gather info from users when they respond to all Opportunities

  7. Settings > Hours—gather info from users when they add volunteer hours to all Opportunities

  8. Dashboard > Reports—view the available canned reports to gather more data

  9. Volunteerism > Teams—add and manage volunteer Team responses

  10. Settings > Donations—integrate your Stripe account to collect donations

  11. Volunteerism > Benchmarks—reward your volunteers who enter hours

  12. Volunteerism > User Groups—track and share Opportunities with dedicated groups of users
